Best investment I could have made for my pet!

Having a new puppy can be a bit stressful and challenging. Getting this pet insurance was the best decision. It has taken costly vet bills off my list of stress producers!

somehow hard to claim

1. It is extremely hard to file claims for flea and tick treatments. I usually order those online and those are not prescription drugs so it is very hard to have my pet's name on the receipt in order to claim those charges. The only way to get reimbursed on those treatments is to order from a vet, which usually charges higher price than online stores. 2. I changed from healthy paws + wellness plan to Nationwide whole pet. I was very cautious and brought my pet to the vet whenever i felt like she was behaving a little abnormal. She was once limping for 20 minutes after she got up (her leg was probably just asleep) and she was fine afterwards. So i brought her in just to make sure my pup was doing okay. The vet put limping on the vet note and did not suggest any treatment. Nationwide counts that as pre-existing condition. There are several other cases like that which are counted as pre-existing conditions. Overall, for the price i paid, i should've just stay with healthy paws and the wellness plan instead of switching and facing all those pre-existing condition problems. Plus I heard from other pet owners that NW prices are increasing by a significant amount this year. Sorry, not very satisfied with what i get so far.....
