Bad communication about claims that need to be re opened
I have a claim that needed to be reopened because the reason for not reimbursing me was false. I have not heard any updates and I have had another claim filed and completed in this time.

I am glad I picked the right one
I am glad that I have picked nationwide. They reimbursed me 90% of my vet bills with no questions asked.
