Very happy with my service I receive so far.

I have had excellent service from Nationwide Pet Insurance so far. The forms are easy to fill out and submit and I have had no problem getting my reimbursement. I started Nationwide when my dog was just a puppy and I do notice that each year he ages my premiums go up, I'm not sure how high they will go as he ages and I may have to re-evaluate how much I can afford monthly for the coverage. So far I am very pleased with the service.

My pet thanks Nationwide for making it possible to stay healthy

Thanks to Nationwide, my dog is able to get taken care of in any health issue he has. This company seems to realize the importance of being able to give the proper care to our pets, and that is such a gift to both owner and beloved pet. This company has made it possible for me and my vet to give my dog healing, care, and relief from any pain or illness he encounters and that is a priceless thing and rare these days for a company to empathize and want to be a voice and tool for the pets that give us unconditional love, the gift of continual health and proactive care. Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
