Quick reimbursement on last vet visit
I am happy with this company and quick response on reimbursement for Athena but they didn't cover anything on my other dog Dee Dee.

Claim Submission and Process
The claim process from submission through notification and resolution is excellent. I have never had an issue. The only way to improve would be to be able to submit a claim electronically versus mail or fax. But even mailing the form in the processing time is quick and complete.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
