Delay Delay and more Delay
I had a very difficult time to try to get reimbursed on my dog's claims. Nationwide stated he claims never received even though I had someone assisting me. We had to try numerous times to have the claim/questionnaire sent from the Vets to Nationwide. Delays delays and more delays.
Nationwide requested information about my dog before he was even born! My dog was at the breeder from May 2019 to December 2019. They insisted on information about him when he was weeks old! I didn't own him then. sigh.
I would highly recommend Michelle Santos for monitoring the claim/questionnaire. If it was not for her, I'd still be waiting.
