It's great and has all of the important info I need to cover for things such as accidents and that's about it and will be doing more research of it along with other pet insurance to find the perfect fit for my dog's needs.

Not enough information My pet to me is a family member
My pet to me is a family member, when you have excepted a pet at least notify which pet it is since I have 2 puppies hopefully both were excepted. But I have no idea which one.

Did not receive email that to renew…
Did not receive email that to renew insurance for the year I would have to call. On website said I was covered to 2026 when I filed a claim. Apparently that was just in a 30 day window. Company would not honor the 90% plan i had because it ran out.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
