Simple and efficient process at a stressful time
I didn't expect the process of submitting a claim to be so simple. I used my phone and took pictures from the paperwork or online. This was particularly important at such a stressful time as Sam was very sick. The submissions took literally a couple of minutes, they were processed promptly and I received the money back with no further questions asked. I have had the insurance policy for years and was lucky enough not to have to use it before now, I'm thankful I chose Nationwide all those years ago.
