The ease of using the portal to file a claim and upload necessary documentation. The timeliness of the reimbursement was excellent unlike some companies where one has to wait 7-14 business days for reimbursement.

So great!!!!

Before MetLife Pet Insurance I had another insurance. I have to say I have had nothing but the best experience with MetLife. The customer service people are extremely helpful and so very nice and the app is so extremely easy to use. I have recommended some of my colleagues to switch their pet insurance to MetLife. Thank you so much for being so great!

Fast and efficient!

Easy Claims

The claims process has been so easy thru the app! I simply snap a picture of the receipts and within 2-3 business days, we have the claim processed and the money back in our pocket. Thank you!
