MetLife pet insurance is wonderful
MetLife pet insurance is wonderful. It is so easy to submit claims, customer service is helpful and answers all my questions. Most of all my claims are handled so quickly and I receive my reimbursements so quickly!!

Fast, friendly service
I received online help to upload SOAP notes for history of my dog. Then everything was process in days, and I was given choices on how to be reimbursed.

My claims take 30 plus days even when I…
My claims take 30 plus days even when I upload invoice and soap notes. Also, have claims denied with sufficient explanation. Have 2 dogs, 6 claims and only 3 approved. Terrible customer service. Going back to Spot.
