5 stars for efficient claim processing, coverage/reimbursement & friendly service always!

I give 5 stars for the efficient manner in which everything flows from submitting my claims to getting my correct claims covered as per my plan in a timely manner. Also the phone reps are ALWAYS super friendly AND HELPFUL!!! Appreciate that!
