I submitted an entire PDF of invoices and an entire PDF including the visit notes and they only process part of them so I'm out like $600 and they're telling me I have to resubmit it all of those

I have recommended MetLife pet insurance to many friends and coworkers due to 1) the easy to use app to file claims and 2) the approval of claims. My latest claim was processed in 1 day! I never have to make that tough decision on whether or not to have a test run, medicine prescribed, or procedure done as 80% of the cost is handled by my insurance.
