MetLife does a good job.
MetLife does a good job of making the filing of a claim easy. Sometimes the need for SOAP notes is a little uncalled for, such as a simple yearly exam or a dental cleaning with no complications.
They fall short in communication when additional information is needed, for example I did not submit SOAP notes once and they let the claim sit with no action and did not email me to tell my why the claim had not been paid.
Also, sometimes it takes a little longer than I think it should to process simple claims.
I am extremely grateful I got in on their plans during the 100% coverage availability, I really wish they could offer it again and it would clearly set them apart from other companies.
