Easy to upload bill and dr. Notes, received status emails from MetLife so you k ow where tje claim review standa and then payment right into my account in just a few days.

Claims don’t get paid

It has been impossible to get a claim paid. I have given all of the documents several times and still can’t get it resolved. The Vet sent the information again and I’m still told that it’s still pending. I’m at a loss
