My experiences with MetLife pet insurance has been overall very favorable. When I've had a question, the customer service people are prompt to answer. My only criticism of MetLife is that sometimes it takes a long time to get a payment back.

Best insurance for pets out there!

Best insurance for pets out there! They have been friendly to work with, easy to submit claims, and truly care about the well being of animals and their humans. They are quite expensive, but isn’t there something out there that says “you get what you pay for?” Thanks MetLife!
