I will score you with a 10
I will score you with a 10, but the time that Metlife take to process the claim is too long, and I had times that the App was not working well and I had to submit the claim via email which is worst.

The Good and the Bad
Processing a claim is quick and easy!
I am so disappointed that the premium went up more than $10 in one year. At this rate, I might be better off by putting the $77p/mo away. I am also considering shopping around for a better deal when renewal time comes around.
