MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Apparently, the company uses AI to review the claims and my cats diabetic blood tests for ketones keep getting rejected. The AI flags them as a preventive heartworm test. I have to call the company every time I submit so that it can be corrected. They do correct and have put flags in the record, but it makes it a lengthy and inefficient process and a poor use of my time. It’s very frustrating.

MetLife pet insurance is the pet insurance everyone should have, whether it’s routine check ups/procedures or an emergency, MetLife will be there. Nothing but good things to say. I’ve had a policy with them for about two years now and the turn around for your reimbursement is super quick.
