Everyone is very helpful and nice when I call.

I love this company. It's easy to upload the documents for "New Claim". I get a confirmation email very quickly and in a matter of days (2-3) when they are reviewing and processing my case. After that I get another email, which informs me, how do I get my portion back including with the $ amount. I had 3 options to choose from. I got my $ back in like matter of seconds. I could not believe it - I was very happy!!! Only thing is: I had 7 days to click on the link to receive the payment. The first time (previously) I forgot to do that > I had to call the Company (MetLife Pet) and I got my $ in the mail as a check. The employee was super nice and very helpful / understanding. She explained to me how their process works.

Quick claims response. Easy to submit claims and pay for premiums.

Always quick reviews of claim and payment. Plenty of email notifications about the statement and payment of the claim. Only issue with s not notifying when you haven’t submitted enough information to process a claim.

Filed my claim via email, late on the 28th and had an eob and a quickly deposited check within 3 days. This claim is for an ongoing medical condition for my dog so I'm always pleased with the quick turnaround. Thank you MetLife.
