Claims submitted are handled quickly. Had an issue with a missed bill once and when repported it was handled immediately.
One issue I have is the rate has gone up into the second year. Waiting to see what happens next renewal time

Great Pet Insurance
Honestly, when going to deal with an insurance company, you expect to have a crap time. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised and pleased each time I've had to call them. They've definitely been the most helpful customer service team I've had to deal with, and always help me get exactly what I need when setting up my policies. They also give me all of the options up front and adjust if I decide to change my mind mid-setup. Honestly, have been super pleased with them and will keep using them to keep our fur babies extra cared for.
