I did not give a 5 star because it is still unclear to me why the first series of lime vaccine was reimbursed but the 2nd series was not. when I spoke to a rep she said I had not reached my quota. But now, I just receiaved a check for my pets medication. Why was the first shot paid for but not the second?

Overall excellent service
MetLife Pet Insurance provides a strong overall experience. The app is easy to use and offers clear, helpful information. Renewals are straightforward, and the automatic $500 increase in benefits—as long as you have $1,000 or more of unused benefits remaining on your policy—is a nice added perk.
The only drawback is that the claims process can be a bit slow at times. However, once approved, the Zelle reimbursement is fast and very convenient.
Overall, a reliable pet insurance option with useful features and solid value.
