I dislike the fact the majority of the claims require soap notes even though they may be a follow up from a previous claim. Also I send receipts that aren’t recorded & then I send them again. It’s a lot of trouble to get paid when I send in documentation. My other insurance pays me right away with no problems & I send them the exact information I sent you.

Met Life Pets has provided excellent coverage for my 2 dogs including preventative coverage. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that the claim processing can be inconsistent, sometimes being processed and paid within a week and other times taking a month or more. Another plus is the Veterinarian consult which can be very useful in a a pinch. Customer service is professional and helpful.

It can take a while to process claims, I understand how complex some of my submissions can be. So thank you for always making sure that I get reimbursed as quickly as possible Are you hiring remotely?
