I think the insurance is very good
I think the insurance is very good. I have used it now for 3 years and I appreciate the ease of filing claims digitally and the quick response with reimbursement. When I do call in to a representative they are always courteous and helpful.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t appreciate the 30% increase in my premiums every year. Before long the premiums will be so high that I won’t need insurance because it won’t be financially worth it. I’m not sure if there’s a cap on premiums or not. But there should be for loyal customers. Just my thoughts

Best pet insurance
We have MetLife Pet Insurance for our two dogs and the entire process has been so seamless. The app invoice submission is extremely easy and the benefits are great.
