My claims are not being processed in a timely manner. A couple have been overlooked and when I follow up on the status I am unable to get an answer.

MetLife has truly been a lifesaver for all of our dogs. I have two senior dogs with chronic illnesses, which can be incredibly expensive to manage. Managing chronic illnesses involves numerous specialist visits, expensive tests, treatments, medications and prescription diet and supplements, which easily add up to over $10K every year. But thanks to MetLife, we are in excellent hands—they genuinely help and support us every step of the way! I am extremely grateful to MetLife for their generosity and genuine care for my pups. Their customer support team is kind, patient, and caring. While the payment process can be a bit slow, they have never missed a claim.
