Clear and easy to use

It’s easy to submit my receipts and see where in the process my claim is. The policy it’s very easy to understand and see what is eligible for reimbursement and what isn’t. I am very happy with this plan and would recommend this to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Frustrated

I have been working with you guys to get a claim paid for over a month now. Everytime you requested additional information, I responded with that information far within the allotted time given, yet you still denied the claim for not responding to your request. So Frustrating. Now over a month later I am still trying to get the claim reviewed. Not the best experience.

MetLife has been nothing but a top notch Insurance for my boy Romeo, his insurance is 100% better then my insurance coverage! Lol Ty MetLife for always going the extra mile for my boy !

Easy, affordable and gives piece of mind

Easy to file claims, affordable, and has saved us hundreds of dollars. I finally feel so much less stress when it comes to our pets health. If there was an emergency, we could actually afford to care for our pets! Thank you for this service!
