Very pleased with our insurance coverage. It's easy to submit claims online and I've always received a quick reply.

I wish I knew about pet insurance before my 3yr old passed away. It is a great help to know your paying into a product that will help you in emergencies or very difficult situations. My 7yr old had surgery on his leg and submitting paperwork to MetLife on the app is the easiest and fastest way to get that done. Calling them when I had questions was convenient as well. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I wish they would cover pre-existing conditions that are not major like allergies to help pay for allergy meds but overall the coverage is a lifesaver.

They usually take care of a bill right away. I do have one outstanding still from February, hence the 4 stars
