MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

Good customer service. The only negative is the premium cost. This is pricey insurance coverage. I have found much better deals but because my pet now has 'pre existing conditions' I can not switch companies

Claim submission is really easy

The whole MetLife pet insurance process has been very easy to navigate. I expected pet insurance to be a nuisance but I have been pleasantly surprised it has been incredibly easy and rewarding. Paying for pet medical exams, medications and procedures is very costly. The process on the app to submit invoices for coverage payment has also been easy. Invoices are processed quickly and direct deposit payments are made in a very timely manner. Every pet owner should have MetLife pet insurance!

Everything has been great except when you email for a question and you don't get a reply but you only have so many days to figure out what is needed.
