I have had nothing but a great experience using MetLife Pet Insurance! They are affordable, customer service is amazing and super friendly, and they are great at doing refund checks in a timely manor! I recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend!

In our first year after getting our Frenchie, he has had many issues needing veterinarian care, costing quite a bit. MetLife is easy to submit claims, and paid out fairly quickly, without any hassles.

I have 2 German Shephards and have had…

I have 2 German Shephards and have had pet insurance since we got our first GSD. We have had Met Life for 7 years now. Both GSD’s have insurance and I can say it has been a bonus to have this insurance. They do get sick or injured occasionally and MetLife has always paid . Thank you.

Processing claim time could be better

I love that l don't have to worry about my dogs going to the veterinarian, but the processing time is long.
