MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

I love the portal and ability to upload my invoices, and the automatic emails for updates. I appreciate the very specific guidance about what needs to be included in the claims. One instance a claim I submitted was cancelled without notification, which was frustrating, but the customer claim representative I spoke with helped explain the issue and I was able to get the claim resubmitted.

I love that Metlife is able to reimburse us for our expenses- after deductible of course. I also love that they use zelle so you get your money back as soon as the review your claim- no waiting for a check!

It used to be very slow getting my money back in my account after I submitted all the necessary documentation. I’ve notice improvements in the timeliness of my reimbursement funds. Also, every support person that I have spoken to has been very professional & kind.

I have 3 cats and have filed multiple claims for wellness exams, teeth cleaning and one emergency visit. All were addressed in a timely manner with no issues. Great experience with this insurance. I have suggested it to all my co-workers.

Claims process is simpe; payment is quick and explanation of benefits clear. No complaints
