Simple
The claim process is simple each and every time. I’ve only had one mishap where the automated system didn’t read the full date on one of my invoices so the claim was denied. I called up and within minutes had a live person on the line who escalated the problem and flagged my claim for live review. That being said; for an automated process; I’m not the happiest with having to wait 10 business days for an approval/denial with every stinkin claim.
