I have had zero issues with MetLife Pet Insurance. They handle all of my claims very quickly with no problems. When I have had to call customer service, they are very polite and answer all of my questions.

So far, MetLife Pet Insurance has been so easy to work with. Every claim we’ve submitted has come through in a reasonable amount of time & communication through the app is simple.

Reimbursement Issues

I have been re-imbursed the incorrect amount multiple times, and as a result I have been forced to physically mail a check back to MetLife. This is incredibly irritating, as I do not like mailing physical checks due to the safety risks. I should be able to send back the reimbursement via online as per every other modern insurance company allows.

Best pet insurance so far

Coverage is great, premiums are reasonable, and reimbursements are quick.
