Easy app process to upload documents which in turn creates a claim for you. Status updates are provided once the claim is completed. You get notifications and pretty instant payment if you signed up for electronic payment through zelle.

A great company
MetLife has made my pet insurance quick and easy. The company has made my life and my pet’s life so easy. There has never been an incident where I had to call because of a complaint or question my coverage. They explain everything and receiving benefits are quick and easy.
