Fair & Great Service!

I purchased preventative and other care coverage. The process for signing up, submitting claims, and receiving reimbursement are so easy! The claims adjusters offer a significant amount of customer support. In a consumer focused world, Lemonade shines — its product offerings and customer experience is top notch. I have peace of mind knowing Fitzgerald is covered but a company that truly cares!

Very easy to file a claim

Ok. So, I’m new to Lemonade. I purchased the puppy insurance. I filed my first claim-one well visit & one vaccination- it was super easy! Received the reimbursement within minutes! So far sooooo good!!

Wow, No way!

The easiest set and customization I ever have been through. The dollar limits could be a bit more or each itemized thing they cover, however it is definitely enough if your fur baby isn’t chronically ill. Speaking off, if they are they do support medication and hospitalizations. What was amazing though is that I took my pet for their exam, paid the bill and when I put my claim in for the reimbursement, I was reimbursed immediately. No, seriously immediately. Wow.

Excellent Customer Service!

Lemonade has exceeded all of our expectations! We filed a claim for our dog who ingested a toy and it was approved within days. From the ease of filing the claim, to the rapid response, to the direct deposit into our bank account was lightening fast. I highly recommend Lemondade!

Quick, kind, and easy to work with!

Monthly Cost

Policies start at $10/Month

Coverage

Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.

Payout Limits

Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage for pets as they age.

Waiting Period

All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods: -2 days for accidents -14 days for illnesses -6 months for cruciate ligament events There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.

Exclusions

Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
