Great customer service .

Can’t speak highly enough of company so far.We had male hound Dudley pass with Cancer.Support from reps was really good at sad time.Also our hound Abigail was attacked by pit bull early his year and although badly mauled and survived.Cant thank you lemonade reps enough really helpful at this time. Keep up good work.Have add other pet Insurance but none have come close to lemonade

Extremely Helpful with Our Upsetting Pet Accident

My fur baby Skylar, like a typical husky, got out one night and suffered a terrible accident which caused her to lose her back right leg. However, even though everything was very expensive and sad, Lemonade Pet Insurance helped with almost all her vet expenses. Please if you have a pet, please consider getting pet insurance to cover them!

Easy, breezy :)

Monthly Cost

Policies start at $10/Month

Coverage

Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.

Payout Limits

Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage for pets as they age.

Waiting Period

All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods: -2 days for accidents -14 days for illnesses -6 months for cruciate ligament events There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.

Exclusions

Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
