Coustomer sevice is AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time purchasing pet insurance...so I researched heavily to find the right coverage at the right price. I feel like my choice was definitely the right one. My annual wellness vet bill was $270 and I got back $160....I was happy....reimbursement was so fast and followed up by a personal call to go over my claim. I was a little nervous being a company I never really heard of but Love Love LOVE them and hope they are around forever !! I love my furbaby and just never want a money issue to hinder the care she may need one day! Thank you Lemonade for peace of mind!!

Easy and Convenient

Used lemonade for rent and now my little Fidel. Super easy to submit claims and get your money back. Love how easy the system is. Definitely will be a long time customer.

Super Easy and Quick

Fast, Easy and Cool

Who would have thought that insurance can be made so easy, simple and even fun! Claims filed and resolved within minutes. Reasonable prices and super cool user interface. Love Lemonade!

Monthly Cost

Policies start at $10/Month

Coverage

Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.

Payout Limits

Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage for pets as they age.

Waiting Period

All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods: -2 days for accidents -14 days for illnesses -6 months for cruciate ligament events There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.

Exclusions

Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
