Fast and easy claim
Filed my first claim a couple of weeks ago. It was super easy and fast. The whole process took less than 5 minutes.

Check out Lemonade!
Lemonade has been great so far! Not a fan of having to make videos for the claims but the process is relatively easy and the service is great. I really enjoy talking to their reps. I would look at what they consider a “pre-existing” condition though as we got a claim denied due to a visit that occurred during the waiting period.

I love Lemonade pet insurance!
Lemonade pet insurance has been wonderful. My claim was paid very quickly and went right into my checking account which was very convenient.

decent coverage
I am happy with Lemonade for pet insurance. The claims and response time are prompt. I wish more wellnesswas covered especially for the first year since pups see the vet more frequently. Still a good deal.

Purrrfect Service
I took my baby to the vet for his yearly check-up and has his nail done while we were at it. He also needed blood work, and all in all his bill was at least half the usual amount thanks to Lemonade. Our claims agent was very friendly and my only regret is that we didn't sign up sooner.
Monthly Cost
Policies start at $10/Month
Coverage
Accident and Illness coverage, with optional wellness package at reimbursement levels of 70%,
80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Payout Limits
Lemonade Pet Insurance benefits cap off between $5,000 and $100,000, depending on how users set up their policy.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll. Lemonade does not terminate coverage
for pets as they age.
Waiting Period
All Lemonade pet policies have a series of waiting periods:
-2 days for accidents
-14 days for illnesses
-6 months for cruciate ligament events
There is no waiting period for preventative coverage.
Exclusions
Exclusions follow the market standard, so they don’t cover pre-existing conditions; bilateral conditions, dental illness, microchipping; anal gland expression; spaying and neutering; something that happens because of breeding or pregnancy; prescription food; vitamins; and supplements; experimental treatments, or recurring conditions. They will be expanding some of these coverages soon.
