Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have 2 rescue dogs and love them. They have had a rough life. I wanted to make sure I gave them the best of everything. With a lot of research I went with Healthy Paws. And I am so happy that we did. They are so sweet to both of them. Never have any issues. My youngest dog had three surgeries before she was 2 years old. My oldest dog had surgery the day before his 5th birthday. All cancer surgeries. Healthy Paws paid within days and even sent emails to check up on them. That’s so sweet. Thanks to them my babies are back to being healthy and even more spoiled. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Healthy Paws has covered not one but two (18 months apart) ACL repair surgeries for our Boxer mix, Zoe. As you can imagine these surgeries were very expensive and stressful for Zoe and our family. They have been checking in to see how Zoe is doing and couldn’t be nicer. They have also covered several other medical issues expeditiously and with no questions asked. The best pet insurance. I have two large Goldendoodles, i signed them up on Healthy Paws as puppies. Recently Dexter got very sick, and needed emergency care. He spent three nights in house. It was quickly confirmed that he would not be able to get well without 24/7 medical care, in fact it was life threatening condition. Having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, certainly did take away the concern of having a huge vet bill. Healthy Paws also checked up severely times as too how Dexter was doing. Healthy Paws makes it so easy to submit a claim and process usually within 7 to 10 days. I have Pet Insurance because I can budget a monthly payment and have peace of mind that they will always be able to have medical attention when needed. I recommend Healthy Paw to all my friends.

I did tons of research on pet insurance before choosing Healthy Paws, and I don't regret it one bit. My doggy got sick and I had to take him to the ER. Luckily he is better and I didn't have to even worry about costs, just his well-being. I submitted a claim after he was discharged and they processed it in a matter of 2 days!! On top of that, they reached out personally to check on how my dog was doing. They have amazing customer service and you can see they care about their customers. So as you can see, my experience with them has been amazing and they have exceeded all expectations.

Unbeknownst to us, our English bulldog puppy, Bow, came to us with a wide variety of maladies, probably due to poor breeding practices. A friend suggested that I get pet insurance because veterinary care has become expensive. She suggested the one she used, but I investigated a number of companies and chose Healthy Paws. Bow has had multiple eye surgeries, multiple leg surgeries and she has now developed some sort of liver ailments. Over a 5 year period, they have reimbursed me thousands of dollars. You may choose different levels of reimbursement - I chose 70%. They made it easy to file a claim by simply posting a picture of the bill via a cell telephone app. I have always fronted the bill and the reimbursement has never been more than 2 weeks and most often it's less than a week. Many of the companies I investigated would have dropped Bow's coverage because they have upper limits of coverage. I have always received my reimbursement promptly and with no questions from the company. I've been able to keep Bow because of this insurance. I can't thank them enough. They literally saved Bow's life.
