Now having used them I can say, the reviews were accurate! I am a first time user of pet insurance and had no issues submitting my first claim or getting reimbursed when my puppy got unexpectedly sick. There is no price on having peace of mind and knowing that my baby will be taken care of if need be. I hope to not have to use it again, but it’s a safety net I am grateful for.
