Highly Recommended! Get it Early for peace of mind!

I am so glad we got a plan for our kitten soon after adopting him. We have had far too many emergency situations come up that we could never have anticipated and have already received back way more than we paid in premiums from just our last two claims. We feel so much better knowing we are covered and bring him in for little things (sometimes they turn out to be nothing, somtimes they are bigger). It's nice not having to stress about vet costs as much. Just get it early since pre-existing conditions are not covered. They process and send out checks super quick!

They have refused all claims my 1 year…

They have refused all claims my 1 year old pug has had 2 UTI in 3 months and that refuse to cover stating it was a heath visit. And my other pug hurt her paw and they refused that also stating that was a heath visit. Getting a uii or hurting a paw is not a planned help visit it is because the dog it hurting.

Amazingly quick turnaround for claims

This is my second time having to submit claims for my poor little boy who had GI issues that we hope are now permanently resolved. I submitted claims last night, got confirmation of those claims within minutes, and in less than 24 hours the claims are processed. I could not ask for more, I wish human insurance was this easy! So Easy....Three Cats

I have three cats. One was recently diagnosed with Feline Asthma. Once diagnosed, he was placed on a steroid which the vet thinks lowered his immunity and he caught an upper respiratory infection. He then gave that to one of my other cats who got really sick and I had to take him to the emergency vet because he stopped eating and had a fever. Both cats are fine now, although the Asthmatic cat will be on meds for life. Healthy Paws was a LIFESAVER! The process was so easy and because I had this insurance, I did not hesitate to get my cats the care they needed. They fulfilled every part of their agreement. Thank you!

Monthly Cost

$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.

Coverage

One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more. You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.

Deductible

You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750* *Choice depends on age of the pet

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
