Our Sugar-Bear is an American Akita. Last summer he tore his ACL and dislocated his knee cap so he required surgery. His recovery was a bit rough and all I wanted to do was ensure that he was comfortable and give him all the love and cuddles he wanted. I was able focus on my Beary because having Healthy Paws in our corner helped ease my worries about covering all the expenses. Three weeks ago he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma…an aggressive form of bone cancer. Bear once again required surgery and this time it was to amputate his back hind limb. As you can imagine it was a tough decision but he is doing excellent! We removed the source of him pain and he is recovering wonderfully. We are grateful to Healthy Paws for being there when we needed them. Great customer service and best of all... peace of mind.

Our dog had TPLO surgery for a torn ccl ("doggie ACL") and Healthy Paws was quick to process the claim and pay out the payment. It made a big big surgery much less stressful for us. Very happy with Healthy Paws and would recommend to Friends and Family.

I AM SO EFFING SICK OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!! I have submitted ALL my pets medical records to process a claim AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME BACK BS EMAILS ASKING FOR ALL OF THE RECORDS!!!! I have given this scam company ALL THE RECORDS I HAVE and have emailed ALL OF THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND CALLED FOUR EFFING TIMES to get clarity on WHAT ELSE COULD POSSIBLY BE NEEDED!!!! Finally another incompetent staff member on the phone ON MY FOURTH TIME CALLING said she’d reach out to the ONLY vet my pet has been to in his entire life to ask for what they are missing BECAUSE SHE COULDNT EVEN TELL ME!!!! I get a notice they’ve received records…THEN THE NEXT DAY I GET THE SAME BS EMAIL SAYING THEY NEED ALL OF HIS RECORDS!!! They don’t effing take the time to even identify EXACTLY WHAT IS MISSING. They just scam and scam and scam and pretend they’re missing documents JUST TO KEEP FROM PAYING OUT CLAIMS!!! I have been a long-time customer with only ONE other claim and they did this SAME crap. I’m done. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL ACTIVELY DENY AND DENY AND ROADBLOCK YOU FROM ANY PAYMENTS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO!!!!
