Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our 1.5 yr old Pit Bull, Molly, tore her CrCL (ACL) and required expensive TPLO surgery to repair her knee. Fortunately Molly was covered by Healthy Paws Pet Insurance so she could get this very technical procedure done. Getting right to the point, Healthy Paws helped us complete the simple claims procedure and promptly paid the claim in full according to the terms set forth in the policy. They were there to assist every step of the way and promptly returned every call I made to them and quickly replied to every email. The support staff at Healthy Paws was genuinely concerned and sensative to our needs. In short, Healthy Paws made this unpleasant time in our life a lot less stressful. With the cost of pet health care being what it is, I would very highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to anyone who is considering pet insurance.

I spent many hours researching pet insurance as I had previously had insurance with another company and was not satisfied. I highly recommend Healthly Paws to anyone looking to insure their pet. One example of their exemplary service is how I faxed in my dog's insurance claim on a Sunday at 12:00 pm and by 5:00 pm I received an email letting me know my claim was processed and my payment was be sent out. Payment has always been within 5 days. They have always been there to answer all my questions and I have also pre-submitted estimates to check coverage ahead of time. I have have let all my friends and family know about this company including the Animal Hospital where my dog under went his surgery.

I am so glad we chose Healthy Paws! Lauren and Kelly were both so sweet and helpful! I was so scared and worried about the cost, but they managed to put me at ease and took care of everything for me. This was my first time dealing with pet insurance because with our previous dogs we never had insurance and Healthy Paws is truly the best! Since we adopted our 2 dogs a year and a half ago, we have spent a lot of time at the vet. Our one boy has had digestive issues and then two surgeries. Healthy Paws has been fantastic through it all! I have had had multiple dogs in my life. This is the first dog I decided to try insurance. I researched the heck out of the companies out here and decided on Healthy Paws. My experience has been incredible. My dog has had some health problems and the company has been excellent with their response times, claims, and customer service. I wish I would have been smarter and had this insurance for all of my dogs. It would have saved me so much money over the last 15 years.
