Absolutely Amazing!
My cat recently fell off our 2nd story balcony resulting in a diaphragmatic hernia. We ended up with several bills- vets, surgeries, and 3 more follow up visits relating to the injury. Healthy Paws made submitting each claim as easy as could possibly be. My vet sent them his medical records via email after the first vet visit. After that, all I had to do was take a picture of each invoice as soon as I paid it, through the Healthy Paws App on my iPhone. So it was literally two clicks to submit the claim. I was kept posted of my claim status throughout the short period of time while my claim was under review. And then paid the generous 90% reimbursement that I am insured for under my plan- the checks just arrived in the mail within the 5-7 business days time frame they indicated. I was able to deposit the checks before my credit card payment from the previous month with all the medical bills on it fell due. Amazing, seamless, and I am very thankful to have been insure by Healthy Paws. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
