My Golden Retriever required eye surgery to remove an eyelash that was irritating to his cornea and causing his eye to tear. This was the first claim on his policy. A customer service representative made the necessary calls to obtain his medical records. Within a week, all five claims were processed and the checks were received a few days later. I am very pleased with Healthy Paws!

We rescued Phoebe at the end of December, 2015. She had lost a front leg in a terrible mauling, but appeared to be healthy otherwise. They acknowledge receipt very quickly, send an explanation of benefits, and pay promptly. Their customer service staff are responsive and send warm and caring emails. Healthy Paws is terrific! They are instrumental in keeping Phoebe healthy and giving her the better life she deserves.
