Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We just recently had to file our first claim with Healthy Paws and it was easier than I could have imagined. Once the claims paperwork was submitted it was only a matter of days before I started receiving emails that the claims were being processed. I had to call on two different occasions with questions and my questions were answered in a very professional manner. The claims department made sure that I understood their process and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Healthy Paws provides great coverage and wonderful service. I've had this insurance for three years now. The claims are always reviewed in a timely manner and I get my reimbursement quickly. I love the way I can customize my deductible and percent covered so as to fit the premium into my budget. I recommend Healthy Paws to every pet owner I meet. I have a six year old Hungarian vizsla who needed two pre-malignant tumors remover, and after everything, surgery, labs, X-rays, medications, the bill was in excess of 4,000$, and I kid you not, Healthy Paws covered what they promised- 90% of all of it. They are the best! Highly recommended!!!
