Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I have been with Healthy Paws since adding an English Lab to our family. The flexibility and affordability of their plans is great, but also the ease of submitting claims and getting claims paid attracted me to this company. Well, it turns out that my dog has allergies, and unfortunately just recently needed major knee surgery. I am able to submit my vets invoice with my paid receipt over my smart phone (how easy is that) and EVERYTHING from medications, overnight stay, surgery was covered no questions or analysis needed! Since I am retired this was BIG. Because of this company my dog was able to have a pricey complicated surgery that will allow her to lead a normal life. They have also reached out to see how my dog was recovering and sent hugs for a speedy recovery. Saying thank you is not enough! Thank Goodness for Healthy Paws.

I have been with Healthy Paws since I decided to invite a Black English Lab to join our family. Considering the fact that I am retired and also considering the high cost of veterinary care, I wanted to have the assurance that if any illness or injury occurred, I would have the proper insurance to help me be able to afford the proper care for my pet. I chose Healthy Paws for the affordability and flexibility of their plans ( I was able to choose the deductible and reimbursement level I was comfortable with). I also LOVED the fact that if any illness or injury occurred it was covered - Period. Upon reviewing many other plans, you had to be a lawyer to go through their disclaimers, conditions and schedules stating what parts were covered and what schedules led to non coverage, etc. and this seemed to be the norm for many pet insurance companies - NOT Healthy Paws! In closing my dog has allergies- her medicine is covered - My dog unfortunately needed X-Rays and major knee surgery.... Thank Goodness for Healthy Paws - believe it or not EVERYTHING (surgery, meds, overnight stay, etc) WAS COVERED! The company also reached out to me personally to see how my dog was recovering and sent hugs. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. Thanks to Healthy Paws my pet was able to have the specialized surgery she needed and will now be able to lead a healthy life. Saying thank you is just not enough!

Our service dog Roxie had an ACL repair. We submitted the claim to Healthy Paws and they responded promptly paying the claim appropriately. The process was simple and easy. The followed up by email to make sure Roxie was recovering well. They were terrific!!

We have been with Healthy Paws since July. In August my French Bulldog began to have some vague issues such as pain, trouble swallowing, and noisey breathing (more than usual). We brought him to the vet over the next month several times. Then in September help had to be hospitalized for over a week. They performed every test under the sun on my little boy. We submitted multiple claims to Healthy Paws, they were approved quickly. His last claim was approved in a matter of 2 hours! Thank you Healthy Paws for allowing us the piece of mind to provide our baby boy with the best possible care and not stress about cost! They even checked up on our little guy to see how he was feeling. Would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone, and I have told all my friends how amazing they have been!!!!
