Puppy Vision Surgery

Paisley had eyelashes growing into her eyes which required surgery to correct. Submitted bills and they paid for most of it. Total out of pocket for me was $1050 I believe, and I got a check for $718. The exam fee wasn't covered and our vet had a pricey one ($200). I was happy, zero hassle, very easy. I spent 5 seconds uploading bill and received email within 24 hours each time.

So easy during a difficult time

When our almost 9 year old greyhound Thor was diagnosed with osteosarcoma Healthy Paws was there for us! Thor needed multiple biopsies to confirm the diagnosis, followed by a very expensive amputation surgery, and we are waiting for the surgery to heal before continuing on with a specialist oncology consult and chemo. If we didn't have pet insurance that covered all this we would have been making some very difficult decisions with an eye towards the financial aspects of it. This way, we could focus solely on Thor and what is best for him rather than what our pockets can handle. So glad we got him pet insurance! It's the best thing you can do for your pet. And Healthy Paws makes it simple and easy when you are dealing with so much you don't want to have to worry about paperwork- just scan the vet bills into the app on your phone and you get a check within a few weeks. Simple!

My dog is alive because of Healthy Paws

My dog is alive today because of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. It's easy tosay the Vet saved his life after Roscoe contracted leptospirosis, but without a way to pay for the $1,800 cost of his treatment, Roscoe would not have received his lifesaving care. Instead of having to be "put down," Roscoe is alive today and a hyper Boston Terrier because Healthy Paws does not have annual or lifetime coverage limits. They took my calls, answered all of my questions and processed claims within 1-2 days after I uploaded the invoices. I recently rescued a second Boston named Ruby. Adding her to the Healthy Paws policy was the first thing I did when we got home. I hope this review helps. If you still have any questions... CALL THEM and see what I mean.

All pet parents should have insurance.

My husband and I welcomed our miniature Australian shepherd Tony in October of 2015. Before getting him I researched that there is such a thing like pet insurance! We did not know, but from the great reviews and research from other companies, we decided to form a part of Healthy Paws. Honestly, this what the best decision we've ever made. Tony is a very curious dog and this has totally saved our butts. We know that we have the money, but if we didn't have insurance, we wouldn't get anything back. The process to submit a claim is so easy and the things covered is straight forward. The most recent was Tony's cryptorchid surgery, that was covered. A few days later he got an infection and went straight to the vet ER and I am so glad Healthy Paws is in our lives. Whenever I have the chance I recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family, I don't know how people can live without this, it really does put you at ease.

They saved 2 lives in 3 months!

Just a quick note to say thank you to all personal at HealthyPaws for being so quick to respond to emails and quick to process our bills. Between Jeb and Chesapeake, the last 3 months have surely been hell here. Knowing they and CareCredit have been there to help us we have been able to make the BEST choices for them and thus... saving both of their lives. They both turned 3 at the end of May and we pray both companies will have us as their customers for MANY more years. Thank you all. With love and purrs, The Ullrich Family.
