I can't tell you how impressed I am with your services and how easy it was to file the claim. With the stress of the situation with my boy having to have surgery, it is so helpful that the process of filing claims is so simple and that you are so supportive in the process. My sister has her dog (Zizu's brother) insured with you and has great things to say about Healthy Paws too. Until now, I have had a very poor impression of insurance companies in general, but you have clearly differentiated yourselves from the rest! I only wish my own medical insurance could be so straight forward, transparent and easy to deal with! I will recommend Healthy Paws enthusiastically to all of our dog friends! I cannot recommend Healthypaws highly enough and wish there were more stars to give. My border collie rescue was saved from the streets of Stockton by the SPCA. He's adapting to a life without scavenging, but its not been easy, and we've had several vet visits and 2 stomach surgeries. The surgeries are expensive and would have impacted my financial cushion. I'm so thankful for Healthypaws. They streamlined the claims process! I could be there for my recuperating pal, instead of racing around filling out forms, scanning –faxing – emailing them, and hoping they were received. Healthypaws responded quickly, notified me of the approvals, and quickly disbursed my reimbursement. They are professional, responsive, and honest. Moreover, I received a personal email about a week after my pup’s surgery checking in to see how he was recovering and wishing us well. I have never received such a thoughtful follow-up from an insurance company, not for me, my family, or my pet. I cannot recommend Healthypaws enough. Insurance with a heart. They have me as a client for life.

After having pet insurance with another company for 7 years we recently switched to Healthy Paws. What a wonderful and caring company! We had a life threatening emergency with our beloved dog last month and I could not believe the service, the kindness, and the claims efficiency Healthy Paws provided. I have never had insurance on any of my animals but I can tell you how thankful I am I had it for Dozer!! We had a typical weekend came home from my moms house Sunday night and Dozer always greets us at door I knew when he wasn't there something was wrong!! He was laying on dog bed crying we took him to vet and had X-rays done and he had a torn ACL and couldn't walk!! He had to have a metal plate with 8 screws put in his knee which would be a $4,000.00 surgery!! It felt so good to say ok let's do it knowing he was covered and we received a check 1 week after surgery!! The best investment ever!! We searched all the insurances and options and healthy paws was by far the best insurance with the best price!! The fact knowing you have this for your pet you never hesitate to take him to the vet!! Thank you for caring enough to check on him after his surgery!! That's unheard of!! We had 90% coverage and highly recommend healthy paws!!

Our dog Ladoo tore the ligaments in his knee and just had TPLO surgery done . Healty Paws insurance is fantastic our claim of $4100.00 was approved in less then 24 hours and check issued , any time we had to call their coustomer service the folks are kind and pride themselves in helping concerned pet owners like me, so folks out there looking to buy pet insurance your search should end here , I have never ever had any company in any field do better job then Healty Paws in taking care of there coustomer .
