Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws is by far the best pet insurance you can buy. I have had my claims processed immediately and a check in hand within a week or two of the filing a claim. They care about my animals and always follow up with a well call and check in. I was so relieved when my dog needed 2 ACL repairs and Meniscus repairs that were $8400.00 Healthy Paws paid immediately. What a relief knowing I could get my dog better!!!! Our dog, Annie, had to have ACL surgery. She is a 6 year old boxer mix. We got the insurance in November, she needed the surgery the following August. It was so easy...we paid the vet, I sent in a picture of the bill on my iPhone, and within less than a week, we received our check. We chose the $500 deductible with an 80% coverage, and because of this, we saved over $3000. It was nice not to stress out about the money part of this procedure, and be able to focus on Annie.

One of our dogs had a mast cell tumor and needed surgery to remove the tumor. She also had a tough time during recovery. After all of this was over, I submitted the paperwork to Healthy Paws to be reimbursed. It was a quick and easy process and I was reimbursed within a week. And then someone followed up and asked me how my furbaby was doing. It meant a lot to us to have someone check to see how our baby was doing. I mean that both literally and figuratively. I do not know where my dog and I would be without them. They have been a great partner in the care for my french bulldog, always friendly, processes quickly and I never feel like they are taking advantage of me. I am grateful to them.
