Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Excellent customer service!I researched Pet Health insurance and determined Healthy Paws insurance was the best coverage, cost and care. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for helping me through two concerning health issues for my beloved dog, Grace. I have a point person and her direct contact email address. Lisa at Healthy paws, kindly told me to call her anytime. I felt so received for my Grace. From my first call, staff has been very professional and caring. I would highly recommend this company for all of your pets.

Our dog Ben has had autoimmune hemolytic anaemia AHA, as a side effect of the steroids , he developed diabetes , which lead to him developing cataracts in both eyes. He had eye surgery and can see again . We are so pleased having our happy dog back We are so grateful, Healthy Paws did support us , during the whole time and still does , they covered 90 % . So we could afford to bring back Ben to Health..

My wife and I picked up our first puppy about a year ago. Luckily we had some friends that told us about pet insurance and suggested Healthy Paws. I wish our medical insurance was this great! Our puppy has had a handful on things come up over the last year and it has been amazing not having to worry about how much something might cost. Unfortunately, he had to have surgery last month on his ankle which could've cost us $3,200. Luckily we had Healthy Paws and didn't have to worry about the cost and could focus on getting him the best treatment possible and his recovery. They even emailed us after the surgery to see how he was doing! My favorite part of the Healthy Paws is how easy it is to use. You get the app on your phone, set it up with your information and you're done. We go to the vet, upload a quick picture of our bill and a few days later we get a breakdown of what was covered and what our reimbursement will be. The only thing I could say to improve the service would be adding direct deposit for the claim reimbursement. But we typically get a check in a matter of a few days so not the end of the world. You never want something to happen to your pet but it's nice to have coverage for when something does come up.

Healthy Paws has been such a life saver for me and my dogs. One is sick with Kidney Disease and they have been reimbursing me for every visit I have after I have reached my deductible. It is quick and easy!
