Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I've had Healthy Paws since my frenchie was 1 month old and they have consistently provided excellent service. Their insurance payouts are just as described and it's always been very clear to me what is covered (emergencies and conditions developed during policy length) and what is not (preventative care and vaccinations). This year my pup (3.5 years) had to have a major surgery on his back and during this extremely stressful time, I was happy to have healthy paws on my side as I knew I could focus on the important part of taking care of him vs stressing out over medical bills.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is amazing!! My black lab Lucy has had problems with her knees since she was a puppy. She has had 3 surgeries to try and correct the problems. Healthy Paws has been a life saver for us. Their customer service is great. It's very easy to submit a claim and your claim is processed very quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I cannot express how grateful my family is for Healthy Paws. Our 10-month-old English Bulldog puppy had to have emergency foreign object removal surgery after eating something he wasn't supposed to (as puppies do!) and we are so thankful we had the foresight to sign up for pet insurance when we got him. He is back to being happy, goofy, and healthy and we got back more than 2/3 of the cost (which was a few thousand dollars!) of his major surgery because of Healthy Paws. The process was so easy! Taking a photo of the invoices and submitting them through the app was super convenient, and we got our money ASAP (even with an address change delay - our fault!) It was unbelievable how stress-free the process was so we could spend our energy and focus on getting our pup healed. Everyone I have interacted with at Healthy Paws is a consummate professional with the bonus of being nice & caring as can be. I highly recommend their services to any and all pet owners and care takers - worth every penny. Thank you beyond measure, Healthy Paws!

Excellent!!!!!Great customer service. Will recommend to everyone. After oug girl was sick and spent 4 days in the hospital, they email me to check how was she feeling and how is her recovery. They are amazing

Our dog had to hve emergency surgery, and thanks to Healthy Paws, it did not break our bank!! They were so easy to deal with, quick to respond to questions and we got our reimbursement very quickly. I highly recommend this company to ease a pet owner's mind regarding the cost of pet health care!!
