Customer service
I signed up with HealthyPaws when my boy Flynn came into the family in 2017. I have been so glad to have HealthyPaws this year in particular. We've had some health issues with Flynn this year. It is so easy to submit claims to HealthyPaws, see why I did or didn't get reimbursed for certain things, and the customer service is superb.
Today was the first time I called the customer service line. I emailed first, but then called because I wanted a quick answer (I'm not very patient), although I knew they would get back to me by the end of the day via email. I got lucky to hear from MARY at HealthyPaws. To say she was a pleasure to talk with is an understatement. From the start you know she's an animal lover herself. She started off the call with such enthusiasm. I wasn't doing too great as I am dealing with my dog recently being diagnosed with Lyme Disease, but Mary easily cheered me up. As we went over my plan and info, she noticed that Flynn had almost met his deductible for the year. She then asked about him and his health. Then asked how I was doing, which was so sweet.
I love this company. It has given me such a sense of ease knowing that they have my dog's best interest at heart. I love HealthyPaws!!
