They covered our bills, had the money back to us in very short order, and relieved a very stressful situation for us. Great to have such peace of mind.

My 7-year male yellow lab developed a soft tissue sarcoma (cancer) on the back of his left foreleg. It required surgery to remove it and was followed by radiation because it was so close to the bone. The veterinary oncologist said this was the best way to get the highest chance for non-recurrence. Our insuror, Healthypaws, was with us the whole time and provided the coverage exactly as promised in the policy and followed up with concern from the staff for the wellbeing of my best 4-legged friend and comapnion. I couldn't be more pleased. A great company!

Our Newfie (Noah) was diagnosed with bi-lateral elbow dysplasia at 6 months old. Thank God we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! Noah is now 2 y/o and since he was diagnosed, he has had (2) surgeries, several x-rays, (2) CAT Scans, months of medications and physical therapy sessions. Easily, the amount of all these medical bills would have been devastating to us. Fortunately Healthy Paws was there to cover 80% of these costs, which made it realistic to provide Noah the care he needed. Never did Healthy Paws question our claim submissions. They even called several times to check on Noah's process and well being. Thank you Healthy Paws for being there when we needed them! Healthy paws is hands-down amazing. I recommend it to everyone, everywhere. Our dog, Mr. Jones, unfortunately has a lot of medical issues. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Submitting claims through the online portal is so very simple. Tracking reimbursement is easy. Direct deposit into our checking account is amazing as well.
