The experiences I have had with Figo…
The experiences I have had with Figo live up to their claims (a pun!) of flexibility of plans, the availability of PetCloud and quick responses on claims. I’m glad I took out a policy for my Lab!

Fabulous insurance company
Fabulous insurance company, easy claims. Love that it’s all done through a app on my phone. Very quick on finishing claims. Love that they have direct deposit. Nice not to have to wait on check and then go to bank. Best company ever!

I could not be happier with my decision…
I could not be happier with my decision to choose figo to cover my dog. I put countless hours of research and was unable to find better coverage for a better deal. They are open and honest about what they cover and the few things that they don't. Their process to file a claim is super easy and both times I had to do so their team responded quickly and I have not yet had any issues. I recommend Figo to everyone I know and when I get another dog in the future I will be using them.

Figo insurance stood by me as my 4 year…
Figo insurance stood by me as my 4 year old dog named Kratos experienced unexpected severe health issues. We had to go the emergency room multiple times during the month of March 2018. The medical bills were very high. My dog ultimately passed away from a pericardial bleed (rare). FIGO courteous and very easy to deal with in processing claims. They are the first insurance company that lived up to their contract responsibility without a single bit of resistance. I was a pleasure to deal with them and I would and have recommended them to my friends. Very nice people and very responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet. You never know when the unexpected can happen.

Monthly Cost
$9 to $135 on average depending on chosen plan.
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80%, 90% or 100% after your deductible.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100, $250, $500, $750, $1,000 or $1,500 annually. Deductibles offered depend on pet’s age and location.
Age Limits
Must be 8 weeks or older to enroll. No upper age limits apply.
Waiting Period
1-day for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, 6 months for hip dysplasia and orthopedic conditions. (Both hip dysplasia and orthopedic condition waiting periods can be waived by having exam/waiver form completed by veterinarian)
Exclusions
Curable pre-existing conditions may be eligible for coverage if symptom free for 12 months
Conditions arising from a repetitive and specific activity, eg. Ingestion foreign object, ear infection caused by water, snake bites, etc. – excluded after 3 occurrences

Copay & deductible waived for emergency life-saving treatment (in the case of an accident, not illness)
