Figo | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased Figo Pet Insurance last September when we brought our puppy home. Our puppy just suffered through an awful illness (meningitis), but luckily was diagnosed and treated in time. Figo processed our claims quickly and fairly. I also found their monthly premium's to be very competitive. Overall, very happy with my experience so far. I just hope they don't raise rates over time, as I've heard many insurance companies do.

The customer service rep that assisted me with my multiple policies was incredible. She was very helpful, replied to my questions quickly and even touched bases with me as a follow up.

Recently switched to Figo after 11 years with another insurance company. They have been very responsive after an emergency surgery for my dog. Emergencies are traumatic, but they were patient with me on phone, after the surgery, and assured me of coverage and some other options. While it is expensive, as all insurances, their support has been great so far.

Our young Labrador suddenly developed recurring head tremors one evening. Our vet advised to immediately take him to the vet emergency service and we were subsequently referred to a local pet neurologist given continued tremors and age of our puppy (10 months). This was a traumatizing and difficult thing to have happen and we were grateful to have secured Figo insurance as it enabled us to have the necessary neurological testing done for proper diagnosis and treatment for our beloved puppy. Figo did an amazing job in quickly processing our claim, and fulfilled everything they had committed as an insurer. We did a lot of shopping around, and chose Figo based upon reviews and coverage options, and are incredibly grateful we did! Figo is an outstanding company that stands by their word, and fulfills their commitment to our beloved pets. I highly recommend Figo insurance to all pet owners!
